Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Go Behind Digital, we value our clients and strive for transparency and fairness in all service engagements.
Since our work involves customized digital and technology services, the following policy applies.

1. Services Covered

This policy applies to digital, web development, software, mobile app, and marketing services provided by Contensity Solutions Private Limited.

2. Project-Based Work

Once a project has been initiated and work has commenced, refunds are not available for completed phases or deliverables.

If a project is canceled before development begins, a partial refund (minus administrative and consultation fees) may be issued at our discretion.

3. Retainer or Subscription Services

For monthly retainers (if applicable), clients may cancel future renewals by providing written notice at least 15 days before the next billing cycle.
Payments already processed for the current period are non-refundable.

4. Third-Party Services

Any third-party software, hosting, or license costs paid by us on behalf of the client are non-refundable.

5. Currency & Payment

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed in the same currency and payment method originally used to avoid currency conversion issues.

6. Contact for Refunds

Requests should be sent to accounts@gobehinddigital.com or via your assigned project manager.
Please include your project name, invoice number, and refund reason.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes or refund-related issues shall be governed by the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of courts in Chandigarh, Union Territory, India.

8. Policy Updates

We may revise this policy periodically. The latest version will always be available on our website.
